Order Cancellation by Customer:
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched. Once the order is in the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel an Order:
To cancel an order, customers must contact our Customer Support Team through email or phone, providing the Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refund on Cancellation:
If payment has been made and the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
For prepaid orders, payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Company:
The company reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
Product unavailability or stock issues
Inaccurate pricing or product information
Payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
Special Orders or Customized Items:
Orders for customized, made-to-order, or specially requested products cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production begins immediately after confirmation.
Modification of Policy:
The company reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
