TYPES & CAPACITY

Presses are available in capacities of 3 to 300 tons in single geared/ double geared and un- geared types "C" type and pillar type models. And also available indinable type and permanently inclinable type models these machines are subjected to stringent performance testing using advanced testing devices to ensure high performance, increased productivity & reliability.

FRAME CONTRACTION

High Speed Press fabricated from IS-2062 graded rolled steel plates. Frame is deeply reinforced and fines machines after stress. reliving. The interlocked design put the direct support to frame. These frames are strain free and eliminate welds at load supports. Thus the accuracy of the machine is never disturbed.

CRANK SHAFT AND BEARINGS

Eccentric crank shaft is machined form en-9 steel round bar. It has been ground finished on bearing surface. The main crank shaft & eccentric bearings are covered, with high quality of phosphor-bronze or gun metal bushes and lubrication oil grooves for smooth functioning.

TABLE & SLIDE (RAM):

Table and Slide are made of high grade heavy duty cast iron and properly seasoned. They are perfectly aligned, to each other to obtain high accuracy and precision press operation.

MAIN AND PINION SHAFT:

Shaft is made of special alloy steel machined to close accuracy and fitted in bronze bushes for smooth working, longer life and accuracy.

ROLLING KEY CLUTCH

Made of alloy steel for positive engagement and continues operation heavy three key ways. Single rolling key system Is incorporated in the machine ensuring easy and efficient working of the machine.
